Booked the hotel for its quiet central location short walk to lovely quiet garden, comfortable and Avignon old town. The staff was genuinely helpful and very amiable, as well as hostess. The breakfast offered was savoury with croissants and jam.

The decor of this charming place was absolutely beautiful and tastefully done. The common areas were clean and well-kept, and the small garden and terrace added a lovely touch. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility with no difficult stairs or obstacles in my way.
The only thing I would have asked for is for the staff to be more attentive and welcoming. It would have been nice if the children working there had shown more enthusiasm and made me feel more valued as a guest.

The location of the hotel is quiet central, not far from the center of Avignon and the historical part of town. We asked for a well-decorated and modern room with air conditioning, a large, very comfortable bed, and slippers, and we got one.
